New Moon Blooms – Trading as Frog Prince Wedding and Events

By placing an order with New Moon Blooms, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

Subscription Service

When you sign up to the New Moon Bloom’s subscription service, you will enjoy a bouquet delivered through your letterbox either weekly or monthly pending package purchased.

Please note that this is a rolling contract and you can unsubscribe up to 3 days before your next delivery date without penalty.

Orders & Amendments

If you wish to amend or cancel your order, please email us on (insert email address) or phone (insert number). Please have your order reference or membership number ready to quote.

Please note that whilst we will try our very best to update orders (delivery address, personal message, product quantities, etc.), some factors may not make this viable for us to do so such as; delivery already gone or sold out product.

Please note that any changes to your order must be made by 9am the day before delivery to ensure that we have time to update before delivery. If you wish to cancel, a full refund can be offered once the cancellation period is before 1pm the day prior to delivery.

Promotional codes are usually restricted to one use per customer and should not be passed on to additional persons.
Where the promotional code entitles you to a percentage discount, the discount will not be applied to the delivery charge ('delivery' includes additional delivery services)

We will do our utmost to ensure that you are happy with your order.

Deliveries are not guaranteed next day, we endeavour to deliver on the required day but due to Covid 19 and pressures on the delivery company through Brexit sometimes parcels maybe delayed.

We aim to deliver your order to the recipient address provided but sometimes this is not possible due to an error in the address or no letterbox.

We ask that you provide exact delivery details with instructions as to where we can deliver your item should there be no letterbox or no one home. We ask that special care is given when entering postal details and exact Eircode or Postcode is provided.

Please provide a phone number for our driver to call in case there is an issue. We will attempt to leave the flowers with a neighbour. If you do not want us to leave with your neighbour, please specify in the instructions.

Deliveries are made by our courier services up until 8pm on the day of delivery.

Where the promotional code entitles you to a free delivery offer, this will be for New Moon Blooms standard delivery (next day or nominated) charged at €8. Certain delivery dates however incur additional charges, such as same day delivery.

We request that as soon as you receive your confirmation email that you check for any errors and if you identify, please contact us straight away via email info@nemoonblooms.ie or by phone 353 (0)1 9630042.

Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer by websites that you visit. They are widely used in order to make websites work, or work more efficiently, as well as to provide information to the owners of the site.
There are four main categories that cookies belong to – strictly necessary cookies, performance cookies, functionality cookies and targeting/advertising cookies.
  • Strictly necessary cookies are cookies deemed essential to running your site and as such you do not need the user’s consent for. An example of a strictly necessary cookie is one that is used to remember what item you have stored in an online shopping basket.
  • Performance cookies collect anonymous data that shows how well your website is performing. These can be used to see which pages are visited the most and how users interact with them.
  • Functionality cookies are used to increase the usability of your website. These can be used to store information about the user, such as the user’s language or font size preference.
  • Targeting/advertising cookies focus on delivering more relevant advertisements to users. They track how many times a user has seen an advert and how effective it has been. This allows advert providers to provide a more tailored service to each user.
All web browsers allow some control of cookies through the browser settings. To find out more about cookies, including how to see what cookies have been set and how to manage and delete them, visit www.allaboutcookies.org.
