Subscription Policies

  1. We offer complete flexibility with our flower subscription deliveries. As all of our subscription deliveries are made on a Thursday this means that, irrespective of the frequency you've selected, payment will be debited from your nominated credit card the Monday before delivery.
  2. If your subscription payment is not successful, we reserve the right to terminate your flower subscription. However, we will contact you in the event of encountering a problem when processing your payment in order to ensure that your delivery is completed.
  3. All payments are non-refundable.
  4. You can cancel your Flower Subscription at any time, but you need to give notice of at least fourteen business days ahead of your next scheduled delivery. To cancel your subscription please email info@newmoonblooms.ie
  5. Our flexible flower subscriptions can be tailored to meet your needs. If you need to pause or amend your subscription schedule contact us at info@newmoonblooms.ie
  6. Frog Prince reserves the right to increase the subscription fees at any time at its absolute discretion. In this event, we will contact you by email and you will be given the option to cancel or continue with your subscription.
  7. The increased subscription fees will apply to the next billing period.
  8. For the purpose of the Terms a business day means Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 8.00 pm and any day which is not a public or bank holiday in the Republic of Ireland.
  9. A minimum order of 3 deliveries is required per subscription.
